Portions of crates/herdr-protocol are adapted from Herdr
(https://github.com/herdrdev/herdr), also licensed under Apache-2.0. The
adapted files, the upstream revision they came from, and the modifications
made to them are recorded in crates/herdr-protocol/NOTICE.md. No upstream
NOTICE file was present at the revision used.

The native GitHub integration's Arbor references and attribution are recorded
in crates/herdr-gpui/GITHUB-NOTICE.md.

The shared settings schema, defaults, theme palettes, and status indicators in
crates/herdr-gpui/src/herdr_settings.rs, src/herdr_settings/, and src/sidebar/agents.rs
are adapted from Herdr (https://github.com/herdrdev/herdr), Apache-2.0,
revision 8ac9542757292f7a8d42a2d532bc6a8a33c7ffce: src/config/{model,sound,theme}.rs,
src/app/{state,mod}.rs, and src/client/shell.rs. Adaptations include native RGB
palette projection, bounded parsing, conflict-aware atomic persistence, and
GPUI indicator rendering. No upstream NOTICE file was present at that revision.

The notification policy and bundled audio assets adapted or copied from Herdr
are attributed in crates/herdr-gpui/SOUND-NOTICE.md (Apache-2.0).
Specifically, assets/sounds/done.mp3 and assets/sounds/request.mp3 are unmodified
copies from https://github.com/herdrdev/herdr at revision
8ac9542757292f7a8d42a2d532bc6a8a33c7ffce. The sound configuration, notification
validation/timing policy, and system-player selection are adapted from that
revision, with bounded workers, native focus, and cancellation added. No upstream
NOTICE or separate audio license was present; the root Apache-2.0 license applies.

The application icons in assets/icons/herdr-ui-icon-clean.svg and
herdr-icon-square-clean.svg, their PNG exports, Herdr.icns, and Herdr.car use a ram path
adapted from Herdr's logo:

The upstream artwork is licensed under Apache-2.0. This adaptation places the
ram and terminal prompt on a simple ivory tile, with modified scaling,
placement, and flat graphite coloring.
The derived herdr-worktree-1024.png, herdr-square-worktree-1024.png,
Herdr-worktree.icns, and Herdr-worktree.car use a red palette to
identify development builds made from linked Git worktrees.
The repository social preview images in assets/social-preview-light.svg,
assets/social-preview-light-ui.svg, and assets/social-preview-dark.svg, and
their PNG exports, embed the same adapted ram path alongside original layout,
typography, and interface artwork.

The built-in theme files in assets/themes/ are unmodified copies from
iTerm2-Color-Schemes (https://github.com/mbadolato/iTerm2-Color-Schemes),
Copyright (c) 2011 to Present Mark Badolato, MIT License; each theme's
copyright belongs to its author. crates/herdr-gpui/THEMES-NOTICE.md has the
revision and the full license text.

The icons assets/icons/vscode.svg, error.svg, and pass.svg are Codicons,
Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation, from
https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-codicons at revision

CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode);

agent-maki.svg are original artwork, not those products' logos.
