[Proposal] Map https://opensearch-project.github.io/opensearch-api-specification/ to api-spec.opensearch.org subdomain

As the title suggest, we can try to map https://opensearch-project.github.io/opensearch-api-specification/ to api-spec.opensearch.org subdomain.

Need some suggestions from the existing maintainer on whether this is a good idea.

If we get some approvals then I can work with LF to make that mapping happen. Thanks.

I love the idea that we have a dedicate page under opensearch.org  for api-spec

Ditto. Just today we discussed the importance of making opensearch-api-specification the canonical source of truth for the server and clients' spec, and a canonical location for this documentation that is "accessible" (read: easier to remember and type) would be a win. +1 to api-spec.opensearch.org
