Yes. For Node's @opentelemetry/instrumentation-http, use requestHook and responseHook to add selected attributes to the HTTP span. The request hook receives the span and the Node request object; the response hook receives the span and response object. For example:

    span.setAttribute('app.response.status_code', response.statusCode);

You can also use applyCustomAttributesOnSpan when you need both request and response in one callback. These hooks enrich the HTTP span; they do not automatically capture arbitrary request/response bodies. Be selective with query parameters, headers, and payload values because they can contain credentials or personal data.
