Movement prediction exempts scenarios in liquids

The anti-cheat doesn't work well with swimming, and it's easy to increase swim speed.

This action eventually caused the server to freeze for a few moments.

As mentioned here, any movement scenario in liquids are exempted at the moment. This however, will be worked on in the future.

In the meantime, if you'd like to register a custom detection specifically for movement in water, you can do so via. player.RegisterDetection()
