[MacOS 26 ARM] Build Failes on ivp_physics

I followed the instructions here: https://jxhug.notion.site/Guide-to-Installing-Portal-Using-Source-Engine-on-macOS-660803f9ced149cfa1647d38fd5a7092

I did this several times, and then experimented on my own to see if I could fix this, but nothing worked. It only worked on my Intel machine, meaning I can't built an ARM version of this.
