Now that SDL3 has been released as stable, it would be great if Abuse were migrated from SDL2 to SDL3.

Maybe porting to SDL3 would make it easier to bring Abuse to other platforms for even more people to enjoy this fantastic game? For instance, look how many platforms opentyrian2000 SDL3 supports: https://github.com/andyvand/opentyrian2000/releases And they keep adding more...
