Prepare for MCP use cases

Description

To enable AI agents to understand our API and trigger actions, a MCP Server will help a lot.

There is already a bridge available between connectrpc and MCP.

I also thought about this one. Wanted to sidequest a little bit on this topic.

The MCP-Server then can also be nicely integrated with the metal-ui: https://github.com/metal-stack/metal-ui

Found out with the following buf.gen.yaml it should work, but not yet with the buf container, only with a local buf:
