Personal search index + tooling

Status: IN PLANNING

Likely just ripgrep and ripgrep-all on top of files on my laptop -- no need for a real index. But I need to do a better job of saving the things I read, having access to their full text, getting links into a store, etc beyond org mode notes (of which, I haven't really kept up with, because the org mode notes are accessed primarily on my personal laptop, and I don't use my personal laptop that often anymore.)

• Index links from old Twitter archive
• Try to fetch from Google Reader export? Even 10 years ago most of those links were gone.
• Browser extension -- something like grasp or https://beepb00p.xyz/promnesia.html ?
• Links (will have to curate/filter) from emails I've sent.
