bump to v1.3.0, and audit the two page types this release adds
The Lighthouse gate keeps its own route list, so a page is not covered by adding it to site.config.json. This release ships /helper and seventeen engine archives, none of which it was auditing; the list's comment claims every standalone content page is audited, and this makes that true again. One archive stands for all seventeen the way /blog/the-tool-goes-to-the-data stands for 104 posts: they are one template. Both new routes score 100.
