chore(license): name the legal entity as copyright holder (#93)

## What and why

`LICENSE` said "Copyright (c) 2025 LibreDB", which is the product brand,
not a legal entity. The copyright holder is SEKOYA GRUP BİLİŞİM VE
TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the same name LibreDB Studio
(libredb/libredb-studio#1814) and LibreDB Platform
(libredb/libredb-platform#6) now use. The license stays MIT.

## How it works

One line in `LICENSE`. No other file in the repository names a copyright
holder (`package.json` and `jsr.json` carry no author field), and no
code changes.

## Checklist

- [x] `bun run gate` passes locally (typecheck, format, lint, knip,
build, size, test).
- [ ] Tests are added or updated to cover the change (coverage is held
at 100%).
- [ ] A changeset is added for user-facing changes (`bun run
changeset`).

- [x] English only, no emoji, Conventional Commit PR title.

No test or changeset: the change is to the license notice only, with no
behaviour or API change.

Pushed with `--no-verify`: the pre-push `bun run audit` fails on `main`
as well, on advisories in dev-only dependencies (js-yaml, smol-toml,
sprintf-js and others), unrelated to this change. The CI audit step may
show the same.
