Broken multihop: Lora 2 Lora routing/retransmission

Im on last beta (v1.0.39) trying to use RTnode as central retransmission/routing node
and it seems that the RTnode cannot connect clients eachother.
(TCP Backbone is connected in the case)
Could anybody check?

It seems multihop is broken on all releases
paths like rnode -> rnode -> RTnode -> [any]
and rnode -> RTnode -> rnode ...
