Eventslist view | Ical ics file not looking at limit

When having a limit of 5 and pressing ical i noted it were more then expected. So the question is: is it correct behaviour or should it be looking at the limit and the given output in the table. Thing is a ics file can become very large. and maybe the vistor only wanted the results he has in front of him.

I checked this in JEM 4.5.0. The Eventslist iCal export does not use the visible table limit. It starts from the first matching event and uses the global ical_max_items setting instead.

I think this is the correct default behaviour for an iCal feed, because the table limit is only a visual pagination setting. A calendar feed should not depend on the currently visible page.

If needed, exporting only the current visible page could be added later as a separate option, but I would not change the default iCal behaviour for this.

ok. but the thing you're mentioning (an option) would be something that might be usefull. // not now but maybe later.
