ability to set date/time directly in app #60

Description

@Kirkland-Pickles

my frame is compromised by botnet malware, so it cannot have internet access for automatic date and time. therefore, i must set the time manually.

issue is, every time it gets plugged out, it loses the time. this was not a problem before i started using immichframeandroid, because t he oem home app that comes with the frame has date/time settings... however, immichframe does not.

yes, it is still possible to set the time in android settings, but i find that its annoying to get there, and the "return after 2 minutes" doesnt work on my frame (android 6.1), reliably.

so that means that every time someone plugs out the frame, it loses time (and its screen on/off timings get messed up), and it must be reset. i need to rpc command to get to the app settings, then go to android settings, then adb remotely to go back to the app since the version of android i have has no nav buttons, and the only way to get back to the home app (immichframeandroid) is via adb.

if time was able to be set in app, it would cut the difficulty of doing this by alot.

please consider adding as a feature alongside the existing screen on/off timer settings

ps. - it would technically be much better if the time was server sourced from the immichframe server, and then the app itself pulled time from there, down to android system, however, i use immichkiosk with immichframeandroid in webview mode. so this solution is better, but would not apply to my setup...
