How to input the time series variables defined by myself in the CWatM model？

Hope you all are doing well.
I have already calculated the actual transpiration of winter wheat in the APSIM crop growth model. I want to input this data and replace the original actual crop transpiration in the CWatM model. How should I proceed? Also, I would like to ask if this operation will disrupt the water balance in the CWatM model.
I have set includeCrops = True
use_GeneralCropnonIrr = 0
use_GeneralCropIrr = 0
activate_fallow = 1
leftoverIrrigatedCropIsRainfed = 0
automaticFallowingIrr = True
moveIrrFallowToNonIrr = False
At the same time, I also set up the irrigation and non-irrigation area maps of wheat in the ini file.

Great to see you interest in CWatM.
I am not quite sure what is your goal there. If you are using the crop extension you can simulate crop-specific water requirements; nevertheless it seems that you are seeking a soft coupling between APSIM and CWatM. Unfortunately, there is no straight forward way to do it, but here is a trail you may wish to explore.

1. In water_demand/irrigation.py - the model calculates irrigation demand as a function of potential irrigation consumption which is in turn a function of evaporation and transpiration. You may be able to use your transpiration estimates as potential transpiration in the aforementioned script, so the model uses it to calculate the irrigation water requirement.

2. If you are using the crops-extension, you should probably replace the crop specific potential evapotranspiration (self.var.PotET_crop[c]) with your data. You shall also have to make sure that the crop calendars are consistent between APSIM and CWatM.

3. In terms of water balance effects: there might be some - and minimizing them needs a through overview and analysis of this coupling. Unfortunately, I would not be able to elaborate at this point of time.
