Incomplete QRCode if the input data has any byte equal to zero

How to reproduce:

• Have a binary file that has a \0 in the middle
• qrencode it
• Realize that only the data before the \0 has been encoded

The library is written in C, so my guess would be that it's using normal C string handling with your binary data, and any x00 encountered would be treated as the end of a string. Someone will have to go through all the code and replace all C string routines with ones which don't obey \0 as the end-of-string mark. That, or reconsider the codes you want to make -- is it really useful to include x00 bytes? Could perhaps you output "\0" or something like that, instead?
