The custom DistancePivot for DistanceCulling parts only works for Models

if the distance culled object is not a `Model` or does not have a `PrimaryPart` property, it will be ignored, which is kind of stupid????????????????????

after some code reading in the cache i found out that its so that a primarypart can be anchored an unanchored, but in that case just allow a `PrimaryPart` objectvalue
