You don't need to build the Dockerfile yourself. The Docker image is already built and published.

From your screenshot, the actual error is:

permission denied while trying to connect to the docker API at unix:///var/run/docker.sock

So your current user does not have permission to use Docker. Fix your Docker installation/permissions first, until a command like docker info works without that error.

After that, since you already cloned this repository, just enter the directory and run:

cd ~/windows
docker compose up -d

The repository already contains a compose.yml that uses the prebuilt dockurr/windows image, so there is no need to run docker build.

Also, docker build Dockerfile from your screenshot is not the correct syntax: the argument to docker build is a build context directory, not the Dockerfile itself. The "legacy builder is deprecated" message is only a warning and is not what caused the command to fail.
