Freezing

The device freezes a few minutes after it starts up. Since the device is frozen and this happens after the web page locks, I cannot get the log.

What model of printer, firmware, are you using the latest debug bin?
Developer may need a bit more info

My 2 printers are A1. the firmware I have not changed so still the same. I did see these message in the log previously:

Hi @armando-neves,
thank you for opening the Issue here.

This issue "esp_lvgl:adapter: esp_lv_adapter_lock(211): Failed to acquire LVGL lock"
will be fixed in the next official release v1.5.
Therefore please either wait for the final release of v1.5 or try the v1.5-rc1_debug001 pre-release version.

Seems like there is something wrong with the file, i could not flash it. I reverted to the previous version.

please test with v1.5-rc2_debug - flash either ota or full with the provided methods

Still unable to flash the posted version. I re-flashed the first version with no problem. Differences i notice when installing both:

Latest build:

202,032 bytes
Flashed in 0.769 seconds
Very few steps

Original working version:

3,281,440 bytes
Flashed in 13.792 seconds
Many steps

how do you flash the bin? do you flash ota or full bin?

btw final release v1.5 is available now!

I am flashing using https://web.esphome.io/

if flashing via esphome you need to take the full bin not the ota
I have just tested with my device.

it just flashes fine no errors at boot

When i try to flash, it goes really fast and I end up with a blank display.

Please verify that the downloaded bin file is complete. It should be 3.16MB. if it's only 200KB like your screenshot indicates, flashing will not work.

OK i was able to download and flash it.

My screen is still tilted, in all 4 angles.

Great, you were able to flash the v1.5 release bin.
You have opened this issue and described a freezing UI. Is it still freezing for you with this version?
