render, renlinear, gs1process: Complete the REQUIRES metadata

Each omitted setuphooks, which processoptions, setanycolor or parseinput
requires, and gs1process listed parseinput before raiseerror, which
parseinput requires. No encoder was affected, since every encoder that
uses them lists setuphooks itself in the right place, but the lines now
say what the resources need.
