I tried to use the converter today and it would not complete. After passing an image to the page, the 'STEP 1' button appears. Pressing the button results in an animated timer icon that never completes. Attached is the file (a white ladder against a transparent background inpng format) I attempted to convert and a pic of the page that never completes.
