Subject: [PATCH] Trim bitcoin-node-tests and btclib-benchmarks from the pyroma
 row (issue #1763)

Both trees now carry `--no-build` in their pyroma hook entry on
origin/main (bitcoin-node-tests#485, btclib-benchmarks#481), so their
rows in BACKLOG's strict-xfail entry would turn into XPASS failures.
Seven trees remain. The issue stays open.
