BMAD 6 does NOT seem to Install Anymore

Hi,

Been using this command to install BMAD 6, per prior instructions (captured in my notes):
npx bmad-method@alpha install

This command now errors:

Error [ERR_REQUIRE_ESM]: require() of ES Module /home//.npm/_npx/2e2f2306f34e978a/node_modules/inquirer/lib/index.js from /home//.npm/_npx/2e2f2306f34e978a/node_modules/bmad-method/tools/cli/installers/lib/core/installer.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in /home//.npm/_npx/2e2f2306f34e978a/node_modules/bmad-method/tools/cli/installers/lib/core/installer.js to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules.

The revised instructions https://github.com/bmad-code-org/BMAD-METHOD suggest:

Install v6 Alpha (recommended)
npx bmad-method install

When I run this command I end up answering questions about Sharding documents - and they default to Shard. Everything seems to be Version 4, not 6. It shows "Installer v4.44.1".

Please advise.
