EarlyExitRadixSortingEnactor bug

The following code that uses v270 (compiled under Windows 7) works fine with 
SM20, but not with SM12:

Replacing
EarlyExitRadixSortingEnactor<K, V> sorting_enactor;
with
SingleGridRadixSortingEnactor<K, V> sorting_enactor;
solves the problem
