[BUG] Fix Flaky PollAPI Test

PollApiTest > can get all polls FAILED
    java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException at PollApiTest.java:38
        Caused by: com.***.cafebot.api.wrapper.api.exception.ApiRequestException at RequestBuilder.java:117

I'm not sure how to recreate this. It just happens
