Customize XCom Sidecar Image in offline environment

1. When do_xcom_push=True is enabled in an offline environment, alpine will be downloaded from docker.io by default
2. How to define the XCom Sidecar Image image for downloading from the Harbor repository
3. Tested potemplate, but the definition of xcom_image in dag does not work

They are defined in the kubernetes hook
So they need to be part of your connection:
AIRFLOW_CONN_KUBERNETES_DEFAULT='{"conn_type": "kubernetes", "extra": {"xcom_sidecar_container_image": ...}}'
