Voice no longer works (No supported voice mode found)

As the title says, attempting to join any voice channel now returns the error "No supported voice mode found" likely due to Discord's deprecation of xsalsa20_poly1305 (and other variants) as documented here: https://discord.com/developers/docs/change-log?topic=Voice#voice-encryption-modes
