Discord Rich Presence?

[shimwise]

I think it would be pretty kewl to add a Discord Rich Presence to show what music u are lstening to on YT music in the KasetPlus app! :3

Although i tried installing the PreMiD extension, u cant really sign in to discord through the extensions page in KasetPlus

I could implement it. Could you open an issue for that please? Also I will be in vacations this august so I don't know how active I will be but I can take a look maybe it's easy to implement.
