Bonus Week #2 - General Discussion Thread

[UMGCCCFCSR]

This is the Bonus Week # 2 - LuciernagaIntegration - Discussion Thread.

Discovered a truly bizarre tandem degradation in your own single-color controls? Encountered difficulty when switching between internal and external background subtraction? Or did you pass in a lung unstained and instead of a fuzzy caterpillar your plot looks like Godzilla smocking a cigar?

If it doesn't merit it's own discussion thread, this is the place for it 🥳
