Problem
With several agents in terminal tabs, it is hard to tell which are working, waiting for approval or an answer, or finished without opening each tab.
Requested behavior
Emit OSC 7501 program status from Zero's interactive TUI: working, blocked (permission/question/auth), done/error, and idle. Keep reports out of headless JSON output.
Why Zero?
Zero knows its agent state and can report it directly to supporting terminals. Title parsing, screen scraping, and one-off notifications are less precise alternatives.
Prior art
Crush and Codex have merged support.
