libcamera has been upgraded to 0.7 instead of 0.2 in Ubuntu 26.04

I have downloaded the 1.4.0-rc1 release, but it does not work at Ubuntu 26

It seems depending on the libcamera 0.2, which is not provided in Ubuntu 26

I have bundled libcamera 0.7 together with the deb file. You could check 1.4.0, which is the latest release.
