feat(auth): add login API

What does this PR do?

This PR adds a login API for user authentication.

Changes made

• Added authentication controller
• Added login route
• Added authentication service
• Added User ID and password validation
• Added login success and error responses

API Endpoint

GET /api/auth/login

Example

GET /api/auth/login?userId=test123&password=123456

Testing

• Server runs successfully on port 3000
• Login endpoint is accessible
• Missing User ID/password validation works
• Login request reaches the authentication service
