Process Workflow

[TelloViz]

For the process workflow, we discussed using the iterative workflow, but it seems the nature of the class is going to be well suited for the evolutionary workflow. I propose we adopt this model instead. The professor wants iterations of our project ever couple of weeks and this seems like the perfect use for the evolutionary workflow that works in the same way.
