in the original youtube app, the seekbar is divided by chapters, can we have the same in newpipe

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it

it is easy to determine position in the original youtube app as where we are in a chapter, and in newpipe, we have to check the chapters menu again and again to see that

better ui, easier to know how many chapters are there as seekbar is divided, easier to determine where we are in a chapter and how long it is
