fix(AGENTS.md): correct mentioned file name from 'contributor.md' to 'CONTRIBUTING.md' (#2127)

### Description

`AGENTS.md` references the contributor guideline doc as
`contributor.md`, which does not match the actual filename of
`CONTRIBUTING.md`
