[Fix] Separate coincident parallel edges and their labels #96

Description

@samatstariongroup

Part of #50 (Phase C). From the full jpg-vs-SVG rendering audit.

Symptom

Two parallel exchanges between the same pair of boxes collapse onto one coincident line, and both labels print at the same coordinates on top of each other. Capella draws them as separate parallel edges at distinct offsets. Verified on [OAB] All Operational Activities and Entities ("Ambiance Music"/"Chosen Music" share one path with labels at the same point; "Aircraft Direction"/"Aircraft Altitude" likewise), [OAB] High-Level Expected Activities, and [OAIB] Listen to Audio (three exchanges on one chord) / Watch Movie.

Root cause

When neither end persists distinguishing bendpoints, both edges resolve to the same anchor-to-anchor line and their midpoint labels land identically.

Fix

Separate coincident edges between the same box pair — offset each by an increment perpendicular to the run — and offset their labels correspondingly so both are legible. Depends on / relates to the orthogonal-routing work. Pin on [OAIB] Listen to Audio that the parallel exchanges occupy distinct routes with non-overlapping labels.
