We did not have a rule about Microsoft certifications.
Re-purposing this outdated Power Platform-specific rule to create one.

The rule already covers Microsoft certifications broadly (Azure, Power
Platform, security, etc.), so rename the URI/folder to match.

- git mv folder power-platform-certifications -> microsoft-certifications
- Update uri field
- Add redirect from the old power-platform-certifications URI
- Update image src paths in the rule
- Update references in the Azure and System Administrators categories

Renamed the rule power-platform-certificationsmicrosoft-certifications (commit 2e258e9):

  • git mv the folder public/uploads/rules/power-platform-certifications/microsoft-certifications/ (all files moved, history preserved)
  • Updated the uri field to microsoft-certifications
  • Added a redirect from the old power-platform-certifications URI
  • Updated both <imageEmbed> src paths to the new folder
  • Updated the references in the Rules to Better Azure and Rules to Better System Administrators categories

Verified no remaining references to the old URI (other than the redirect), and the frontmatter validator passes.
