Assign and share issues of a repository through command '/github issues' not working

Description:

When this command is entered -> /github issues, a modal appears to enter the specific repository. But nothing happwns when the repository is specifed through the modal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to your rocket.chat server with the Gtihub app deployed on it.
2. Enter the command -> /github issues
3. Enter the repository name in the specified format.
4. No response

Actual behavior:

Rocket.Chat Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.7.0
• Operating System: Windows 11 (WSL2)
• Deployment Method: docker

Rocket.Chat browser

Hey @umangutkarsh,I think the issue lies here

there is no NEW_ISSUE_STARTER__ACTION specified in ExecuteBlockActionHandler.ts. and might be due to that it is causing this issue. I had also tried to copy the code of pr 132, both the files but still this exist. @VipinDevelops what are your thoughts about this please share them. Also I observed that in newIssueStarterModal.ts and getIssuesStarterModal.ts this is the same action i.e. NEW_ISSUE_STARTER__ACTION
