Rz syntax overload not accepted everywhere

Rz_{...} format results in incorrect outputs of CalcCircuitMatrix, which I consider catastrophic!
Fix this and ensure the syntax overload is accepted everywhere, or remove it (so users have to either Rz_Sequence or R[..., Z0 Z1 ...]
