[Bug]: laptop indefintely suspends when closing lid in dGPU integrated mode

Issue Description

i'm on a 2025 rog zephyrus g16 with a 5070 ti. when the dGPU is placed in integrated mode, the laptop fails to suspend properly when closing the lid. the screen turns off normally when the laptop lid is shut. however, when the lid is reopened, the screen is black and the computer is nonresponsive. i need to hold the power button to completely shut the system off and then hit it again to reboot.

Steps to Reproduce

1. switch to integrated dGPU mode
2. close laptop lid
3. behold the terribleness of unresponsive black screen when lid is reopened.

Expected vs Actual Behavior

screen should've come back on :')
