manure tank flow metering

I am basically completely new to designing anything with isobus. I want to add a flow meter to all 9 rows on a manure tank and just to start out with just monitor the flow from the vt page on any tractor monitor with isobus and eventually control flow. I found electromagnetic flow meters that will work but would appreciate help with whatever else i need to make this system work. If anyone is interested in helping me that would be great, I am willing to pay someone for writing code or whatever else needs done. Thank you!

I do not, I'm not 100% sure on what i need. The Only thing i have is the flow meters ordered but they haven't arrived yet. Any help with letting me know what i need would be awsome.
