authoring-check: 'with' attr carries XPath expression

the new checker is really helpful.
I noticed that expressions from 'with' attrs are not taken into account.
I grep'ped some more from the docs: grep XPath doc/elements/*

i checked the topic again - the current checks are just static idref checks which are much less costly than evaluating XPathes.

i guess XPath error messaging could certainly be improved but is not the same as static checks. Will discuss with @DrRataplan

I guess most helpful would be to get the exact element where an evaluation fails ? @pherk would you personally prefer to get modal error messages or just output to console?

I think both ways are ok.
Output to console seems to be more consistent with other log messages
