This PR fixes the broken footer quick links in the help center page by correcting relative path references. All navigation links now properly redirect to their intended destinations.
The footer quick links in src/pages/help-center.html were not working due to incorrect relative path references, causing 404 errors and poor user experience.
Updated all footer and header navigation links to use correct relative paths based on the file's location in src/pages/.
