Issue with OVERRIDE_EXISTING_COMMANDS Functionality

I have a plugin that includes a sayanvanish command with aliases v and vanish. However, when Essentials is installed on the server, it overrides the v and vanish commands.

I have already set ManagerSetting.OVERRIDE_EXISTING_COMMANDS to true using the following code:

manager.settings().set(ManagerSetting.OVERRIDE_EXISTING_COMMANDS, true)

I'm unsure if I'm making a mistake or missing something.
