Robust wallet management

Done Criteria

• Dealbot uses a session key
• The wallet associated with the session key is a FilOz-owned multisig wallet
• Dealbot wallet addresses (calibartion and mainnet) identified and documented
  • See https://www.notion.so/filecoindev/FOC-Operational-Excellence-2b7dc41950c1802aa432fff8ecb801cc#2fddc41950c180749b96e4ddc0fb6aaf
• Balance monitoring/alerting configured
• Cleanup the old wallet (delete the datasets/pieces)
• Annonce the change in wallet address to #foc-wg

Why Important

1. Reduce blast radius
2. Reduce risk of (small) financial risk
3. Practicing good wallet hygiene habbit

There are other parts of FOC that need to follow this convention as well as part of their operational readiness.

synapse-sdk is thinking about removing support for sessions. i'm wondering if we have a path forward for a multi-sig wallet without them

synapse will keeping supporting session keys, just 0.37 may not have them

2026-02-27 conversation:

1. Need to adjust monitoring to also include filecoin-pay balanace (not just the wallet ballance)
2. Agreed we will still do multisig to practice right behavior here

This also seemed like a good task for @silent-cipher to take on during 202603-1 cycle.
