Asking to download bitcoin miner

When launching USBHelperLauncher, I get a popup labeled "Sponsored offer" asking me to download a Bitcoin-related app (Ember Fund). It claims I can receive free Bitcoin and asks me to click "Yes" to download it.

This appears unrelated to the application and looks like adware or a potentially malicious bundled offer.

Steps to reproduce:

Launch USBHelperLauncher
Wait for the popup to appear
"Sponsored offer" window shows up with Bitcoin download message

Expected behavior:
The application should not display any ads or unrelated sponsored offers.

Actual behavior:
A popup appears promoting a Bitcoin app download.

I do think it'd probably help if the popup at least had the same UI as the rest of the application, or showed up after USB helper itself opened.
