cmip7 ndep data doesn't seem to be uploaded into the inputdata repository (just need to be rimported?)

cdeps1.0.85 brought in an update pointing to CMIP7 Nitrogen Deposition data. This can be set with for example: DATM_PRESNDEP="2000_clim_cmip7"

I created a case for this with ctsm5.4.027 doing the following on Derecho:

./create_test SMS_D.f10_f10_mg37.I2000Clm60BgcCrop.derecho_intel.clm-crop -r . --walltime 00:20:00 --no-build --compare ctsm5.4.027 --baseline-root /glade/campaign/cgd/tss/ctsm_baselines
./xmlchange DATM_PRESNDEP="clim_2000_cmip7"
./check_input_data  --download

The download failed to find the needed files, when I run check_input_data without the download option it shows the missing files as follows. It did create the needed subdirectories (ndep/cmip7 under inputdata/atm).

@ekluzek - 2000_clim_cmip7 uses ndep data generated for NorESM. I think it should be totally applicable to CESM and I'm happy to bring it over to the inputdata on derecho and then import it. Does that sound reasonable?

@ekluzek @mvdebolskiy - I just found out from @JorgSchwinger that it turns out that there is a new version of the N-deposition data at input4MIPs (from version 1.2 -> version 2.0). The cmip7 version in NorESM has a bug, see https://input4mips-cvs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dataset-overviews/nitrogen-deposition/. @JorgSchwinger will download and pre-process version 2.0 data after Easter.
