🎯 What: Hardcoded weak password defaults and unmasked plain-text password inputs.
⚠️ Risk: Generated PDFs might be protected by extremely weak empty or short passwords, potentially allowing sensitive data extraction or brute-forcing by malicious actors. Also, shoulder surfers could read plain-text passwords.
🛡️ Solution: Altered the type attribute to password and introduced strict validation in EncryptOptions enforcing a secure minimum string length of 8 characters, providing explicit real-time feedback to the user and setting safe state variables.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13877805980934527536 started by @Cukurikik

Implemented security best practices for PDF encryption options by changing the input fields to type="password" to obscure input and prevent shoulder surfing.
Added validation to strictly enforce a minimum 8-character password constraint for the encryption options, preventing the generation of weak PDFs. Decryption options were appropriately adjusted to hide the input password.
