Unable to create plan file while on plan mode

Expected Behavior

It should be allowed to read and create the plan file in its own folder on ~/.commandcode/plans or it could ask to change the mode to accept edits.

Actual Behavior

Multiple attempts to read and create the plan file while on plan mode.
