These files are thin OSS recovery stubs used only so Meta-internal includes referenced by OSS EdenFS translation units can compile under the CodeAlive semantic-oracle object gate / scip-clang golden path on Linux.
They are host substrate, not evaluated oracle content:
- Do not treat them as Meta product code or as gold-denominator sources.
- Semantic-oracle evaluation excludes keep untracked/substrate stubs out of the scored source universe when re-running the published contracts.
