Agent run logs (local only — gitignored under local/)

Temporal workflows write structured events here for chat review and repair sweeps.

File	Purpose
latest.json	Most recent run or repair event
events.jsonl	Append-only stream of all run events
repair-log.jsonl	Repair sweep actions (restart, escalate, log_for_fix)

After a run

cat local/agent-runs/latest.json

Or in Cursor chat: “review last agent run”

Repair sweep

Scans failed AgentRunWorkflow executions:
